Job Summary
As a Chemical Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in quality assurance by performing comprehensive chemical and physical examinations of raw materials and adhesive batches. Your daily responsibilities include conducting adhesive and raw material analyses using advanced analytical techniques such as Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). You will be responsible for documenting results, creating testing plans, and calibrating exhaust air measuring devices. Furthermore, you will support environmental compliance by determining COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) values for wastewater treatment plants. This position offers a dynamic work environment within a structured collective bargaining framework (iGZ/DGB), providing up to 30 days of vacation and a dedicated employee benefits program. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience in performing chemical and physical investigations of raw materials and bulk batches
- Practical experience with analytical methods including GC/MS and HPLC
- Experience in quality assurance processes and the creation of testing plans
