As the Administrative Director for the Club Treptow inpatient care facility, you will oversee the operational management of a modern, high-quality residence housing 200 individuals. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading and coordinating the administration, facility management, housekeeping, and catering departments. You will play a vital role in supporting the unique 'domino-coaching' philosophy, which focuses on rehabilitative care and resident independence. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen and leadership experience to manage a diverse team within a value-oriented atmosphere. Required Skills

Education

Degree or vocational qualification in Business Administration (Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung) or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in business administration or a related commercial field
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably within an inpatient care or healthcare setting
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams across administration, technical services, and catering
  • Demonstrated competency in handling administrative processes and office software
