This role involves the planning, procurement, and continuous development of media, conference, and event technology systems for the German Bundestag. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for market analysis, creating service descriptions, and managing the entire tender process for new equipment. You will oversee the installation, acceptance, and quality assurance of technical systems, ensuring they meet the high standards of a supreme federal authority. Beyond technical implementation, you will coordinate the deployment of specialized technicians and manage maintenance schedules to ensure operational readiness. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in Media Technology, Information Technology, Event Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.

- Experience in technical project planning and market analysis for AV systems
- Experience in public procurement procedures and contract management
- Experience in coordinating technical operations and personnel planning
- Experience in construction project management and building regulations
