Job Summary
This role involves supporting the central procurement office in Bernburg, where you will manage the administrative and organizational lifecycle of tenders for goods, services, and construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing procurement procedures via the AI-Vergabemanager software, coordinating communication between bidders and internal departments, and conducting formal reviews of incoming bids. You will also be responsible for contract database maintenance and ensuring deadlines are met throughout the award process. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a commercial background who enjoys structured administrative work. The role offers an attractive package including 32 days of annual leave, flexible working hours with a flexitime model, and a salary based on public service standards (TV-L).
