As a Project Manager for Substations, you will lead complex engineering projects involving high and medium voltage switchgear ranging from 10kV to 380kV. Your daily responsibilities include the technical and financial preparation of offers, monitoring project progress across all phases, and ensuring that deadlines, costs, and quality standards are strictly met. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and service providers while providing leadership and guidance to your project team. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification such as a certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) in the field of Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the field of high and medium voltage switchgear systems
- Proven experience in project management including scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance
- Experience in personnel management and providing technical instructions to staff
- Professional experience in creating technical offers and billing documentation
