Job Summary

As an ERP Customer Support Specialist in Münster, you will play a vital role in helping businesses modernize their commercial processes using Sage100 software. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing technical and functional support to end customers and business partners via phone and email. You will monitor and optimize Sage100 business processes, analyze service requests, and handle incident management. Beyond support, you will be involved in software customizing, conducting user training, and performing risk analysis to escalate complex issues to consultants or project managers. This role is particularly unique as you will also help develop and support the company's proprietary 'smart4business' module for ticket and contract management. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or a degree in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Industrial Management.

Experience

  • Professional experience in ERP user support, preferably within the Sage environment
  • Proven expertise in the maintenance and optimization of ERP software
  • Experience in handling service processes and commercial workflows
  • Experience in conducting presentations and training sessions for software users
