As a Process & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in evolving service processes to be more efficient, future-oriented, and customer-centric. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in business, technology, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in process and project management
- Professional experience in a service-oriented or operational environment
- Proven track record in analyzing, modeling, and optimizing business processes methodically
- Experience in leading projects or sub-projects from analysis to implementation
- Experience implementing and optimizing workflows using specialized engines and AI solutions

- The role offers flexible work locations including hybrid or remote options. Travel for 'workation' is possible for up to two months. Candidates must be able to work from office locations in Köthen or Leipzig when required.
