Job Summary

This leadership position at BTC IT Services GmbH involves the strategic and operational management of the Security & Network Services department. As a key leader reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee the stable and secure operation of all network and security services, including firewalls, VPN solutions, network architectures, SIEM, and SOC. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading a team of approximately 450 employees, managing budgets and resource planning, and coordinating with external service providers. You will be instrumental in driving innovation by evaluating technological trends, piloting new security solutions, and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
