Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician in Product Development near Munich, you will play a central role in advancing diagnostic testing through assay development. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the planning, preparation, and execution of complex laboratory experiments using state-of-the-art automated systems, mass spectrometry, and HPLC. You will be responsible for the professional handling of chemical and biological samples, ensuring all results are documented and evaluated in compliance with strict Quality Management standards. Beyond technical execution, you will prepare regulatory-relevant development documentation and present project findings to interdisciplinary teams in both German and English. Required Skills

Education

State-certified technician, Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology, or Food Chemistry, or completed vocational training as a Chemical/Biological Laboratory Assistant with equivalent knowledge.

Experience

  • Professional experience in laboratory development or quality assurance, preferably over several years
  • Extensive experience in the development and optimization of immunological or biochemical test procedures
  • Proven experience in the diagnostics industry or the development of diagnostic assays
  • Practical experience with complex analytical systems and validation under regulatory requirements
  • Experience in statistical experimental design and specialized data analysis
