As a Complaint Specialist at Brunel, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of technical product complaints across various industries. Your daily activities will involve conducting detailed root cause analyses, performing independent investigations, and coordinating with specialized departments and external partners to resolve technical issues. Required Skills

Education
