Job Summary
As the Deputy Department Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a residential facility for 24 individuals with mental health impairments in Stuttgart. Your daily responsibilities involve ensuring high-quality participation services, providing appreciative assistance to residents, and co-managing the organizational and strategic direction of the facility. You will work within a multi-professional team to create a developmental atmosphere focused on stabilization and reorientation. This position is unique for its blend of direct client support and leadership responsibility, offering significant creative freedom within a supportive management framework. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Professional experience in a residential or social participation setting
