Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist for this family-owned wholesale business, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues across 17 locations. Your daily responsibilities include managing the ticket system, providing 1st and 2nd level support, and administering the RingCentral telephony system. You will be responsible for setting up and relocating workstations, creating technical documentation, and coordinating with external service providers. Beyond reactive support, you will conduct employee training and contribute to strategic IT projects and process optimization. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of technical administration and hands-on hardware management. Required Skills

Education

Qualified IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
  • Experience in managing Windows-based environments and M365 ecosystems
  • Proven track record in technical documentation and manual creation
  • Experience in coordinating with external technical service providers
  • Practical experience in hardware setup, workstation relocation, and infrastructure maintenance
