As a Business Development Manager for the European region, you will play a pivotal role in establishing AVATR's presence in the luxury New Energy Vehicle (NEV) market. Based in Munich, you will be responsible for building sales channels from the ground up, securing strategic partnerships with dealers and fleet customers, and ensuring regional sales targets are met. Your day-to-day involves analyzing European regulatory frameworks, negotiating high-stakes contracts, and collaborating with the global headquarters to align product and marketing strategies. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or higher) in Marketing, International Business, Automotive Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or channel management within the European automotive, luxury, or New Energy sectors.
- Proven track record of building networks from the ground up (0 to 1) or managing key accounts.
- Deep understanding of the European market, including WVTA certification, emission regulations, and dealer networks.
- Experience working within or a strong understanding of Chinese corporate culture and values.
