Job Summary

This role within the Health Department of the Burgenlandkreis district involves providing professional support and legal guidance within the Guardianship Authority. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for advising individuals on legal guardianship matters, healthcare proxies, and advance directives. You will assess the needs of people with mental, physical, or psychological disabilities and support them in managing their affairs. Day-to-day tasks include preparing social reports for guardianship courts, coordinating with social service providers, and supervising professional guardians. This position is particularly attractive as it offers a choice between a permanent civil service appointment (up to grade A10) or a public service contract (TVöD-SuE S11b). Required Skills

Education
