Job Summary
This role is for a Junior Specialist in Work Preparation within the Engineering & Innovation department, focusing on passenger vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing maintenance processes and workflows based on vehicle technology specifications, ensuring compliance with established guidelines, and accurately documenting these processes in relevant systems. Key tasks include consolidating individual work steps into comprehensive processes, determining planned work times, and maintaining maintenance data. The position also involves implementing LEAN methodologies to boost productivity and reduce lead times, conducting effort assessments for maintenance measures, and creating feasibility studies. The role requires participation in project teams, potentially leading sub-projects, and performing REFA studies. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (e.g., LAP, Fachschule, HTL equivalent to vocational training or technical college).
Experience
- Initial relevant professional experience in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
- Experience in a production company or the rail transport industry, with a focus on work preparation or maintenance, is ideal.
