Job Summary
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for IT support inquiries and incident reports, handling them via phone, email, or ticketing systems. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing and diagnosing IT problems to provide solutions or escalate issues appropriately. You will answer questions related to software applications, hardware configurations, network connections, and general IT problems, meticulously documenting all support tickets, actions taken, and resolutions. A key responsibility will be to prioritize and process support requests in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role is ideal for someone with a background in system integration and experience with software management and ticketing systems, coupled with strong knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft AD, and Azure AD.
