Job Summary

As a Process Coordinator at Stadtwerke Düsseldorf AG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of one of Germany's major energy and water utilities. Your daily responsibilities involve designing, modeling, and continuously optimizing business processes within SAP S/4 HANA Utilities, with a specific focus on supplier change processes (GeLi Gas and GPKE). You will act as a bridge between technical system architecture and business requirements, analyzing existing workflows to identify optimization potential during the S/4 transformation. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to translate complex requirements into sustainable technical concepts. Beyond design, you will be responsible for monitoring process quality and managing system error clearing. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience/qualifications.

Experience

  • Professional experience in SAP system architecture and customizing within the utilities sector
  • Proven track record in designing and optimizing complex business processes in SAP IS-U or S/4 HANA
  • Practical experience with energy market communication processes and EDIFACT standards
  • Experience in requirements engineering and coordinating technical implementations with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment of the German energy market
