Job Summary

As a Process Coordinator at Stadtwerke Düsseldorf AG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of one of Germany's major energy and water utilities. Your daily responsibilities involve designing, modeling, and continuously optimizing business processes within SAP S/4 HANA Utilities, with a specific focus on supplier change processes (GeLi Gas and GPKE). You will act as a bridge between technical system architecture and business requirements, analyzing existing workflows to identify optimization potential during the S/4 transformation. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to translate complex requirements into sustainable technical concepts. Beyond design, you will be responsible for monitoring process quality and managing system error clearing.
