As a System Engineer within the BankingWorkspace and Sales Solutions tribe, you will be a key driver in the digital transformation of contact center operations for over 900 cooperative banks. Working in an agile, cross-functional squad of six colleagues, you will oversee the technical design and further development of operational processes. A primary focus of this role is serving as the lead contact for Genesys, managing both current on-premise solutions and the transition to modern cloud-based systems. You will ensure compliance with strict banking regulations while proactively collaborating with stakeholders to optimize services. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) with extensive experience, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in systems engineering or contact center technology
  • Extensive experience in cloud architectures and automated infrastructure deployment
  • Proven track record in an agile, cross-functional working environment
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable
  • Professional experience in managing vendor relationships, specifically with Genesys
