Job Summary
As the Multi-Property Technical Manager for IntercityHotel and Zleep Hotels at Frankfurt Airport and Kelsterbach, you will oversee the technical operations and maintenance of multiple hospitality sites. Your daily responsibilities include creating and maintaining maintenance plans for systems requiring inspection, documenting and archiving maintenance records, and supervising external partner companies. You will play a critical role in managing network technology across internal and external hotel areas while implementing optimizations for energy and water management. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys developing innovative, unconventional solutions for complex technical projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training, preferably in the field of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing) or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in a comparable technical leadership position
- Practical experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Experience in managing and monitoring technical systems and external service providers
- Proven experience in organizing and documenting mandatory system inspections
