As a Test and Verification Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality through rigorous physical and electrical testing. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve creating and maintaining test specifications, preparing material samples, and assembling electrical components for evaluation. You will perform a variety of technical assessments, including mechanical, electrical, and visual inspections in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements. Key tasks include conducting tensile tests, cross-sectional imaging, leak testing, and electrical resistance measurements. You will also be responsible for the teardown and evaluation of test samples, meticulously documenting all findings in digital databases. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Physics-Technical Assistant, Physics Laboratory Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a tester in research facilities, physical testing laboratories, or electrotechnical/mechatronic experimental departments
  • Professional experience in creating and maintaining test specifications
  • Experience in performing mechanical, electrical, and visual inspections according to standards
  • Experience in material testing, including tensile tests and cross-sectional analysis
