University degree or technical college degree in Facility Management, Business Administrator in Facility Management, or State-certified Technician in Electrical/Supply Engineering or Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in Facility Management
- Experience in a GMP environment (ideal)
- Experience with team responsibility
- Profound knowledge in personnel management, change management, project management, and external company coordination
- Experience with environmental management, sustainability, energy management, and process and quality optimization
