Key responsibilities include the continuous development of study and examination regulations, advising examination boards on legal issues, and optimizing administrative workflows within the student lifecycle. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Administrative Science, Law, Public Management (B.A./M.A.), State Examination, LL.B., LL.M., or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of leadership experience, preferably with direct personnel responsibility
  • Extensive professional experience in administration, ideally within a higher education or university environment
  • Proven experience in process optimization and the standardization of administrative workflows
  • Professional experience in legal matters, specifically regarding examination and study regulations
