Job Summary

As an IT Team Coordinator in Gerstungen, you will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring the seamless operation of local IT infrastructure, including workplace environments and shopfloor systems. Your daily activities will involve managing IT service management processes such as incident, change, and asset management according to ITIL standards, while also overseeing patching, backups, and system monitoring. You will act as a bridge between local and central IT organizations, managing external service providers and ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Beyond operations, you will lead medium-sized site projects, manage resource scheduling, and drive the professional development of your team members. Required Skills

Education

Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable Engineering science.

Experience

  • Initial leadership or management experience, such as leading projects or small teams
