Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing product and process standards within a newly established division. Your daily responsibilities include performing incoming, intermediate, and final inspections using various measuring and analytical tools, including pressure and tensile strength testing equipment. You will be responsible for documenting results in ERP systems and MS Office, creating quality reports, and ensuring compliance with DIN standards and safety regulations. Beyond routine testing, you will collaborate on feasibility studies for product development and help create product specifications. This position is particularly attractive for professionals looking to help build a new organizational division from the ground up. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Laboratory Assistant, Building Materials Tester, or Materials Tester is preferred; alternatively, a technical vocational qualification with additional certification as a Quality Inspector/Lab Assistant.
Experience
- Professional experience in quality assurance or laboratory environments is preferred
- Experience in the use of measuring instruments and the evaluation of measurement data
- Experience with analytical equipment for quality assurance, specifically pressure and tensile strength testing
- Experience working independently according to technical instructions, DIN, and industry standards
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to work in a 4-shift system is mandatory. Knowledge of Polish is considered an advantage.
