Job Summary
As the Head of IT Software Solutions, you will lead the strategic development and operational management of an in-house application landscape within a global Life Science organization. You will provide both disciplinary and functional leadership to the software solutions team, ensuring high standards in coding guidelines, quality assurance, and compliance. Your daily activities involve acting as a bridge between business departments and IT management, planning budgets, and overseeing international projects using agile methodologies like Scrum. This role is a key member of the Global IT Management team, contributing to the evolution of the global IT landscape. Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT leadership role
- Extensive experience in implementing business processes within custom software solutions
- Professional experience in international organizational environments
- Practical experience in agile project management, specifically Scrum
- Hands-on experience in at least one programming language, preferably C#
- Experience with industry standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 17025, or FDA 21 CFR Part 11 is preferred
