Job Summary
As an Electrical Site Manager (E&I) at BWT Pharma & Biotech, you will lead and supervise construction sites for high-purity water systems within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating fitters and subcontractors, performing hands-on assembly tasks such as line testing and control cabinet modifications, and ensuring all work meets strict quality, cost, and deadline standards. You will act as a central point of contact for clients, architects, and planners while managing site logistics, documentation, and safety regulations. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in Electrical Engineering (e.g., Electronics Technician) with further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a Site Manager or Senior Fitter in the electrical field
- Experience in leading and coordinating fitters and subcontractors
- Proven track record in ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance on construction sites
- Experience in performing technical assembly tasks such as line testing and cabinet modifications

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to travel to construction sites. Must be able to work in a hybrid model based in Bietigheim-Bissingen.
