Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level technical support to clients both remotely via telephone and on-site. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for installing hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues through detailed error analysis, and assisting clients with specific queries within the DATEV ecosystem. You will work collaboratively within a team to manage and execute complex client projects. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Initial practical knowledge of DATEV software is desirable
- Experience in hardware and software deployment and configuration
- Proven track record of structured and independent work habits
