Job Summary

As a Railway Electrical Construction Supervisor at RAILING GmbH, you will serve as the owner's representative on-site, overseeing critical infrastructure projects for the German railway (Deutsche Bahn). Your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating workflows on construction sites, monitoring operative execution, and performing technical inspections for systems such as overhead lines, lighting, and switch heating systems. You will manage projects from the bidding phase through to final acceptance, ensuring technical compliance and quality. This position is unique as it offers a fully funded, three-month specialized training program to become a certified Railway Construction Supervisor according to DB guidelines, during which you receive a full salary.
