Job Summary
This is a unique leadership opportunity to build and shape a brand-new electrical department from the ground up within an established building technology firm. As the technical lead and registered operations manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and practical implementation of electrical systems, specifically focusing on renewable energy solutions such as heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, and e-mobility infrastructure. Your day-to-day will involve technical planning, material procurement, and coordinating with the heating, plumbing, and roofing departments to deliver integrated building solutions. Beyond technical tasks, you will handle administrative duties including offer creation, invoicing, and network operator registrations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who wants to transition from pure technical work into a management position, with the long-term perspective of building and leading a dedicated team of journeymen and apprentices in a family-run, forward-thinking environment.

Education
Master Craftsman Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Meister Elektrotechnik)
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Craftsman in the electrical trade
- Several years of experience in a comparable position is desirable
- Proven expertise in building technology, energy systems, or photovoltaics
- Experience in independent project handling, including quoting and invoicing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take on organizational responsibility
