Job Summary
As a Certifications Expert within the Global Engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with critical industry standards and regulations, specifically focusing on DIN norms, DVGW worksheets, and UBA KTW-BWGL guidelines. Your daily activities will involve monitoring the validity of existing approvals, organizing and executing renewals in accordance with drinking water regulations, and implementing requirements from the European Drinking Water Directive. You will act as a key liaison between testing institutes, regulatory authorities, and internal departments. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a technical background who enjoys structured work and regulatory compliance. Required Skills
Education
Technician or Engineering degree (e.g., State-certified Technician or Bachelor/Master of Engineering)
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a Technician or Engineer
- Professional experience in the drinking water industry is highly preferred
- Experience in managing certification and approval processes for technical products
- Experience in coordinating with testing institutes and regulatory authorities
- Proven track record of working with structured and independent work methods
