Job Summary
As an HR Business Intelligence Expert based in Leipzig, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data landscape for a global retail leader. Your primary focus will be the expansion and optimization of the SAP BW Data Warehouse to meet complex business requirements regarding data granularity, KPIs, and reporting. You will design action-oriented visualizations within the SAP Analytics Cloud and develop self-service BI tools that empower HR and business leaders to make data-driven decisions. Beyond technical implementation, you will act as a strategic consultant for Finance and International departments, ensuring data quality and implementing automation solutions to drive efficiency. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy bridging the gap between IT and business strategy. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Experience

- Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders within an international organization
- Demonstrated expertise in building and expanding SAP BW Data Warehouse environments
