Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Engineer in the Digital Health sector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and reliability of mental health applications ('Apps on Prescription'). Your daily responsibilities include defining test requirements, performing both manual and automated testing, and managing defects in close collaboration with product and development teams. A significant portion of the role involves maintaining compliance with medical device standards such as ISO 13485 and ISO 14971, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory life-cycle requirements. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Medical Technology, or a comparable field. ISTQB certification is an advantage.
Experience
- Professional experience in software life-cycle processes and writing test cases
- Experience in structured documentation and test management tools
- Experience with web and mobile applications
- Experience with test automation is desirable
- Experience working within regulatory frameworks for medical devices is a plus

- Must be able to work regularly at the headquarters in Düsseldorf despite flexible/remote options. Knowledge of DiGA (Digital Health Applications) regulatory requirements is preferred.
