You will bridge the gap between complex administrative requirements and technical implementation, acting as a strategic transformation partner. This role involves high-level leadership in complex projects, particularly within the domains of economics and finance. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Administrative Sciences, Economics, Political Science, Public Management, Finance, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Long-term professional experience in consulting, direct customer contact, and presales
  • Extensive experience in the German funding and grants sector, ideally from both the provider and recipient perspectives
  • Proven track record in functional leadership roles for complex projects within the funding environment
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and new client acquisition
  • Experience in developing functional architectures and translating business requirements into technical concepts
