Job Summary

This multifaceted role bridges the gap between technical IT support and business administration. Day-to-day, you will manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including device provisioning for new hires, administering Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, and troubleshooting end-user issues. Beyond technical support, you will play a key role in business operations by assisting with financial documentation for bookkeeping, preparing investor reports, and streamlining internal workflows through automation. A significant focus of the position involves maintaining compliance with ISO 27001 standards, specifically regarding endpoint controls and patch management. This role is unique because it offers the opportunity to work directly with Founders and Managing Directors to shape corporate IT strategy while relieving the DevOps team of operational burdens. You will be instrumental in building a secure, structured, and efficient infrastructure for a growing organization.
