As a Service Delivery Manager, you will serve as a critical liaison between IT and business departments, ensuring that technical services align perfectly with organizational needs. Your daily responsibilities will involve conducting regular service review meetings, initiating continuous improvement measures, and transforming complex business requirements into clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for generating comprehensive service usage and performance reports while maintaining and evolving the IT service catalog. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in application management and IT infrastructure who enjoys high-level communication and strategic planning. Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in Service Delivery Management
  • Proven experience in managing the interface between IT and business units
  • Demonstrated experience with ITIL processes and business process understanding
  • Experience conducting and moderating meetings at the C-level
  • Experience with Service Now and LeanIX is considered an advantage
