This role involves supporting the Faculty of Bioengineering at the Weihenstephan campus by managing microbiological laboratories and assisting in educational activities. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for the preparation, organization, and supervision of practical courses and student research projects within the Brewing and Beverage Technology program. Your day-to-day tasks include procuring laboratory materials, maintaining documentation, and supporting sensory testing and quality assurance for beverages. You will work closely with students and faculty members to ensure the smooth operation of teaching modules.
