Job Summary

As a Segment Manager within the Marine division at MEIKO, you will be responsible for the strategic coordination and operational management of service activities on cruise ships globally. Your day-to-day role involves developing internal processes to boost customer satisfaction, planning personnel requirements for dry dock maintenance, and calculating project costs for new installations and repairs. You will act as a vital interface between construction, project planning, and after-sales departments while providing technical leadership to service technicians during field assignments.
