Job Summary
This role involves driving the digital transformation of public services for the City of Heiligenhaus. As an Administrative Digitalization Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, implementation, and documentation of E-Government projects. Your tasks include modeling administrative processes, creating digital forms and workflows, and maintaining online service portals. You will work closely with various departments to test and roll out new digital applications, ensuring high-quality digital service offerings for citizens. Required Skills
Education
Career qualification for Career Group 1, 2nd entry level (formerly middle service), or completed training as a Management Assistant in Public Administration (Verwaltungsfachangestellter), or successful completion of the Administrative Course I (Verwaltungswirt).
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration or a comparable field
- Experience in project work or process documentation is preferred
- Experience in the creation and maintenance of digital forms and workflows
- Proven ability to work with web-based systems and specialized administrative software
