Job Summary
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the digital transformation of a growing municipality. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and further development of a Document Management System (DMS) and the execution of digitalization measures according to the Online Access Act (OZG). Your daily activities will include project planning, budget control, stakeholder coordination, and process modeling. You will bridge the gap between technical requirements and administrative needs by organizing workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Public Management, Administrative Sciences, Business, Digitalization, Organizational Development, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Angestelltenlehrgang II).
Experience
- Professional experience in the planning, steering, and successful implementation of complex projects
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing digital administrative processes
- Practical knowledge of municipal administrative structures and organizational workflows
- Experience with Document Management Systems (e.g., Enaio, CC-DMS) is preferred
- Experience in business process modeling and management is advantageous
