Job Summary
As the Electrical Team Lead at Rheinberg Kellerei, one of Germany's leading wineries and a subsidiary of EDEKA, you will oversee the technical and operational leadership of the electrical workshop team. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of all electrical and building technology systems, planning maintenance and inspection schedules, and coordinating external service providers. You will play a critical role in maintaining safety and quality standards while prioritizing fault repairs to minimize downtime. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in electrical or building technology, preferably within an industrial environment
- Initial experience in the technical leadership or supervision of a team
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of technical systems
- Experience working within a shift-based operational environment
