Job Summary
As an Electrical Development Engineer specializing in Sustaining Engineering, you will play a critical role in the maintenance and optimization of established electrical systems. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing the entire lifecycle of series products, including end-of-life management and cost-to-win development. You will perform value engineering analyses to optimize costs, select and specify electrical components, and create detailed circuit diagrams and technical documentation. The role requires a high degree of collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain departments to manage technical changes through ECR/ECO processes. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys technical problem-solving, performing simulations and tests, and ensuring the long-term viability of complex machinery. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the development of electrical systems

- Experience in electrical construction and control cabinet planning
- Proven track record in conducting risk analysis and failure mode assessments
