In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, maintenance, and optimization of a modern IT infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, implementing client management solutions via Intune and Autopilot, and providing comprehensive lifecycle support for hardware. You will handle 1st and 2nd level support requests while driving automation through PowerShell scripting. The position offers a high degree of variety, ranging from hands-on system administration and network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/VLAN) to strategic IT security enhancements using tools like Defender for Endpoint. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a degree in the field of Information Technology.
Experience
- Several years of practical professional experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and PowerShell
- Ideally at least 2 years of professional experience in IT support or system administration
- Professional experience in managing network infrastructures and protocols
- Experience in executing IT projects such as software rollouts or system migrations
