Job Summary

As a (Senior) IT Security Project Manager at Fresenius Digital Technology, you will be responsible for leading large-scale projects and small programs within the global IT security domain. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing the full project lifecycle, from initial estimation and planning to requirement gathering and testing. You will lead cross-functional project teams within a matrix organization, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and resources are meticulously controlled. A key part of the role involves identifying process improvements within the IT Security operating model and conducting rigorous risk assessments to ensure project success. This position is highly collaborative, requiring you to work with international virtual teams, external vendors, and diverse stakeholders across various business segments. Required Skills

Education

Academic degree or equivalent experience; professional certifications such as Scrum Master, Prince2, or other project management and agile certifications are advantageous.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management roles
  • Professional experience working in a diverse multicultural environment
  • Experience collaborating with technology teams, specifically within IT or Information Security contexts
  • Practical experience in applying Agile methodologies
  • Proven track record of leading project teams within a matrix organization
