Job Summary

As a Production Quality Team Lead at Rohde & Schwarz in Memmingen, you will hold operational responsibility for ensuring product quality goals are met within the production process. You will lead, develop, and empower a team of approximately eight employees, focusing on monitoring quality KPIs and identifying deviations early. Your day-to-day involves implementing corrective and preventive strategies, utilizing structured problem-solving methods like Six Sigma, FMEA, and 8D, and managing quality planning for new product introductions. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to work across interdisciplinary teams and provide coaching to other managers.
