As a Technical Facility Manager for the City of Frankfurt's Office for Construction and Real Estate, you will serve as a central point of contact for municipal building projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve preparing and implementing technical and commercial renovation, refurbishment, and modernization measures. You will be responsible for cost estimation, coordinating various trades, and ensuring maintenance and inspections are carried out according to technical regulations.   • Several years of extensive professional experience in conversion, maintenance, and repair measures
  • Experience in coordinating specialist trades, external architects, and engineers
  • Proven experience in construction site management and billing
