The successful candidate will lead a team of 10+ electricians, overseeing their training and integration into company processes. Daily tasks involve a blend of office-based work, including planning, ordering, coordination, and grid registrations, and on-site activities such as inspections, quality control, and team onboarding. The position requires ensuring strict adherence to all safety standards and regulations and supporting knowledge transfer among installers.
