As an IT Operations Manager within the Extended Personnel Applications team, you will be responsible for the seamless operation and continuous development of critical HR systems for the Austrian federal government and associated entities, such as universities and the AMS. Your daily activities involve managing personnel development services, including electronic education management and federal job boards, while collaborating closely with development, architecture, and project management teams. You will handle incident and problem management as part of your core duties and participate in requirement workshops to specify new system features. This role is highly collaborative, offering a structured onboarding process with a dedicated buddy. Required Skills

Education
