Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing first-level support via the IT hotline and managing requests through an electronic ticketing system. You will play a vital role in identifying technical malfunctions and initiating corrective measures to ensure 24/7 operational stability of critical healthcare infrastructure. Beyond routine support, you will contribute to various IT projects and participate in an on-call rotation after an initial training period. Required Skills

Education
