Job Summary
As the Head of Controlling at ProPotsdam, the largest housing company in Potsdam, you will lead and develop a dedicated controlling team while shaping the financial steering of a group of eight companies. Your daily responsibilities include managing disciplinary and functional leadership, overseeing economic and medium-term planning, and ensuring transparent reporting for management and committees. You will be a key driver in modernizing the controlling landscape by integrating digital processes, BI tools, and AI-based solutions. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed university degree, preferably with a focus on Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within the municipal housing or real estate industry
- Proven leadership experience in a professional environment
- Demonstrated expertise in economic planning, forecasting, and intra-year reporting
- Experience in implementing digital technologies, BI tools, and automated processes
