Job Summary

As an Inhouse Consultant, you will lead high-impact strategic projects across the Life Science sector, focusing on areas such as strategy development, commercial excellence, and operations. Working within a diverse team of 75 professionals, you will act as a trusted partner to senior management, driving local and global initiatives from design to implementation. A key focus of this role is the application of Data & AI to solve complex business challenges. The position is uniquely designed as a talent incubator, where you are expected to transition into a leadership or expert role within the broader company after 2-4 years. Unlike external consulting, this role offers a hybrid work model with significantly less travel, while still providing high visibility and the opportunity to own projects end-to-end. You will also play a vital role in mentoring junior colleagues and building a deep internal network within a global science and technology leader.
